Outside area

'La Collina' consists of two houses with various apartments and a pool bungalow. The yellow house stands above the pool, the pink cottage also laterally offset - also with beautiful lake views. The pool bungalow is laterally below the pool. All apartments have beautiful outdoor areas with garden tables and sun loungers:Tterrace apartments have large granite terraces with private garden, balcony apartments have deep and wide balconies with seating and a particularly beautiful panoramic views. This holiday oasis is located above Domaso on the western shore, about 3 km from the lake, within Vercana, an sun-drenched mountain village with wine cellars. The offset location of the apartments allows almost all the fascinating panoramic view of lake and mountains. In the rural areas are vineyards, meadows, residential and holiday homes. Facing the lake below the Cottages: The large Mediterranean landscaped communal garden with solar heated pool invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are places to relax with sun loungers and parasols, both in the garden and around the pool area, provide plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sun and heat. A lawn with fruit trees, with shady spot, is also at your disposal. In the garden there is children's play equipment, in a hobby room table tennis and table football - an ideal holiday destination for the whole family and friends. The property is fenced.

Swimming and wellness

The solar and energy heated pool and children's pool below are open from Easter to end of October. Both pools heat up usually a few degrees higher than the outside temperature. The lake is approx. 3 km away.

The gorgeous sunny location enthusiastic throughout the year: panoramic vision coupled with a cozy living flair - a fantastic holiday atmosphere. Small children need to be supervised at parts of the terrain. In the house there is also an office where you get the latest information, some with German-sprachigem contact.

The bright and airy apartments are named after the types of fruit and olive that flourish in Como's mild climate.
All apartments have modern furnishings and fittings as well as terracotta tile floors.
Almost all rooms have spectacular lake and mountain views.
The living rooms are equipped with sofas and dining areas.

flat Arancia:
Space for the whole family. A private garden area with access balcony is permitted at this apartment. The open, light-filled living area with sofa, dining area and lateral, modern kitchen has access to a large terrace balcony. Enjoy the great view of the lake to the far south of the lake. A dining area on the balcony invites to candlelit dinner at a evening sun - Sun loungers are available. One of the four bedrooms, with double bed, also has access to the balcony - you are awakened by the sun and panoramic views. The second double bedroom and two twin beds (together) are like the three bathrooms, with bath or shower, vanity and toilet / bidet, on the mountain side.

On-site Mobility:
200m away from the property, there is a small grocery store, café and bakery,a panorama restaurant with a wood burning pizza oven. Along  the footpath  to Domaso ( 1.4 km), which has beautiful views of the lake, are more restaurants. In Domaso's centre you’ll find a fishing harbour, shops, bakeries and restaurants.
In Domaso is a boat stop with ferry and hydrofoil providing connections to the countless attractive and fascinating towns and villages stretched out along the shores of the lake.
From Vercana you have easy access to the local beaches and water sports providers. Vercana too is a great starting point for mountain bike tours or hikes, for hikers of all abilities.

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (je 2 große Kinder) in der Wohnung.

+ sehr große Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für 2 Familien (3 Bäder)
+ ruhige Atmosphäre trotz Vollbelegung der Anlage
+ vollständige Küche und Einrichtung
+ saubere Wohnung
+ ordentliche Mülltrennung und tägliche Entsorgung

- Liegen am Pool sind teilweise nicht mehr einstellbar
- Kinderpool war nicht befüllt (nicht schlimmm, wird aber beworben)
- Einfahrt und Parkplätze knapp aber ausreichend
- Müllabholung sehr früh und damit laut für die Zimmer auf Straßenseite.
- 1 Tür war beschädigt und konnte nicht geschlossen werden.
