Maisonette apartment nestled into the hillside, large terrace with barbecue and large partly covered panoramic balcony. Located above the enchanting lakeside village of Gravedona on the western shore of Lake Como. Breathtaking views of the lake, far to the south, the mountains and the town. House in house solution: an upstairs apartment with a finished loft with open roof beams in a multi-family home. Neighborhood comprises of residential and holiday homes. Sun most of the day: morning sun on the lake side of the house and the sunset in the evening on the mountain side.

Swimming and wellness

Approx. 1 km away is Gravedona with a beautiful shore and beaches.

Parking

Large single garage, can also be used for sports equipment etc. Additional parking is available nearby.

Enter into the living area on the mountain side of the house. Light, bright iving room with a modern corner kitchen and cozy sofas plus a wood stove fireplace in the living area. A double bedroom and a large, open loft area (limited headroom) with two double sofa beds. Modern, bright bathroom with shower, sink, toilet / bidet and window.

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub und sind vom Comer See absolut begeistert. Unser Domizil Casa Giacomo entsprach genau unserem Geschmack und Vorstellungen.
Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, der unverbaute Blick unbeschreiblich schön, Der Übergang von Terasse auf Balkon ist toll gelöst, mit Freude haben wir jeden Tag Eidechsen
beobachtet.Sogar die vom Aussterben bedrohte Gottesanbeterin saß bei uns im Hof. Was uns auch gut gefallen hat, dass wir für unser Auto eine Garage hatten, wenn gleich
auch die Zufahrt etwas abenteuerlich war.
Wir haben tolle Panoramawanderungen in der Umgebung gemacht und uns von Land und Leute inspirieren lassen. Die Italiener sind alle sehr nett, entspannt und hilfsbereit,
und freuen sich wenn man probiert etwas italienisch zu sprechen.
Fr. Kanzler die uns empfangen und auch vor Ort ein wenig betreut hat, fanden wir sehr sympathisch und nett.
Wir haben sogar einen Rollerverleih in Menaggio ausfindig machen können, wie es sich dann heraus stellte war
