Parking
For your cars, there is parking space about 40 m below the property. You go up over partially lightened outdoor stairs, partially it have handrails, to reach the holiday home.
For the mountain roads you have to pay for the Vignettes – for one car a Vignette is included, coming from the landlord – if you have more cars, you have to pay directly on the spot
Floor plan and ambience
The Rustico Bersai is furnished in a rustic country house style.
Warm floorboards and open roof trusses emphasize the cosy atmosphere.
The Rustico is nested and divided in 4 sections:
Living room, livingroom kitchen und the two sleeping areas, which are connected by stairs.
You reach the living room over the lakeside terrace, made of natural stones.
The living room kitchen, with an eating area to the lake side is in the level above – with access two the besided terrace with a garden pergola and a balcony directed to the lake side.

Regional and location information
Situated in a scenic hillside, about 3 km above Cremia, on the westbank of the lake. You will find a sunny idyll, with a stunny view over the lake and the surrounding mountains. The natural stone house is surrounded by spacious meadows and chestnut forests. Ideal for nature lovers and people looking for silence.
In autumn you will find a lot of mushrooms in the forest and plenty of chestnuts.
The big terrace with living room suite, pergola and a brick built BBQ is the best place, for enjoying a glas of wine and a nice summer evening.
Comfortable steamer chairs are available
The garden is fenced.
Observe the wildlife, you are in the middle of it.
Let you be excited by a stunning view over the lake and the mountains and experience a special holiday.
The polite landlady Emilia speaks German and is very helpful, when you have questions. Her family is a wellknown architect family. In the wine cellar you will find local wines, if you ask for them.
