'La Torre' is situated on the beautiful western shore of Lake Como in the picturesque town of Rezzonico. This rustic style house is divided into two apartments. Enjoy amazing panoramic views over the lake and across to Bellagio. This perfect hillside location ensures unobstructed views not only of the lake but also the surrounding mountains. This delightful neighbourhood is made up of other country houses, fields and meadows, blending perfectly into the relaxed, rural character of the town. This is an opportunity to experience a very genuine, typical Italian lifestyle in a location that will delight and amaze you. Enjoy the relaxing and tranquil atmosphere at 'La Torre' - there are three wonderful outdoor areas for you to enjoy. First, there is the balcony on the 'lake side' of the house. In addition to this, there is also a terrace/patio with lake views and finally a generously sized, well landscaped garden. There's plenty of room to relax and enjoy your holiday. Get cooking on the barbecue grill or simply relax in a deck chair and soak up some of that fabulous Italian sunshine. Let the children play to their heart's content. 'La Torre' is a ground floor apartment. The upstairs, attic apartment is occupied by an elderly lady, who lives a very unobtrusive, quiet life. Below the property is a winding road which is generally used by local residential traffic.

Floor plan and ambience

The apartments large windows mean natural light floods in and the beautiful views out across the lake are totally unobstructed. 'La Torre' is well furnished in a practical and thoughtful way ensuring this holiday apartment had everything you need. A welcoming Mediterranean ambience is created by a harmonious blend of bright, warm colours and stone tiling. - 'La Torre's' entrance is accessed by crossing the terrace/patio. The entrance opens up into a nicely furnished living room, with a sofa, double sofa bed, SAT. T.V. and access out on to the balcony. To one side of the living room is an integrated modern kitchen with dining area. The bedroom with a double bed, is furnished with a large chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bedroom also has access out on to the balcony. Imagine waking up every morning to the magical view of Lake Como sparkling in the sunshine. The bathroom has a shower. The terraced styled garden means that children need a little supervision when playing out in the garden. We would like to remind our guests with impaired mobility that there are stairs leading to the apartment entrance.

There is a small supermarket approx. 300 m. away from the apartment. The town and the lake are approx.1-1.5 km down the hill. In town, there's a large supermarket, a variety of restaurants, along with many narrow alleys full of typical, quaint shops to explore. Soak up the wonderful atmosphere with a stroll along the lake or relax on the gently sloping beach.
There is a public boat service that runs out of Menaggio, approx. 7 km away, it's a perfect way to explore some of the larger towns on Lake Como plus take in some of the most beautiful views Lake Como has to offer.

Super Service, empfangen durch den Besitzer. Viele Tipps und Empfehlungen. Auch die junge Dame als Nachbar (93j) sehr nett und freundlich. Eigener, abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Tolle Aussicht, Sauberkeit innen und aussen 1a. Keine negativen Punkte zu finden. Gerne wieder.
